This smoothie is EASY + PACKED with antioxidants, vitamins, nutrients + is sure to BOOST your immune system! And of course, it’s delicious!
One thing to note about this recipe is that there are quite a few ingredients, but do know that once you purchase all the ingredients they last a long time + you can use them in several other recipes! Also, this recipe makes a large batch so feel free to freeze some in small containers + save it for later (I like to save mine for breakfast)!
This recipe is a family favorite snack! Smoothies are one Luke’s favorites so we try to make them often. I’m glad he enjoys smoothies because it makes it easy to get nutrients into his growing body! …He isn’t a picky kid, BUT if he knew all the ingredients he would probably think twice before drinking it.
FUN FACT: Our favorite way to eat smoothies is to make them into popsicles in the Summer!

- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup Kefir - Organic wildberries
- 1/2 cup Orange Juice or 1 orange
- 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries (blue berries, raspberries, black berries)
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 TBSP flax seed
- Peel + chop bananas in half
- Pour all ingredients into blender
- Blend all ingredients until desired texture
- Serve in glass
- Enjoy!
