You will soon find that I have a bit of an obsession with shopping, and this obsession is ALWAYS increased in the Fall. I love everything about Fall clothing from the sweaters to the scarves all the way down to the boots. Although this post doesn’t contain any sweaters or boots I hope you find this Fall outfit as fabulous as I do!

I found this crocheted tank at a friends Trendsetters party. FYI do not, I repeat, DO NOT, go to a Trendsetters party thinking you will leave with only “one thing.” I made that mistake, and ended up leaving with an entire new wardrobe! This mav colored tank is a perfect fit to any Fall wardrobe. With its sweater-like material, it can be worn with or without an open front sweater, best top ever.

So…I’m a sucker for a beautiful designer handbag, wallet, or clutch, so when my best friend introduced me to Nordstrom Rack, needless to say, I was instantly hooked! My search through the handbags was excitingly endless. —Did I mention I’m a sucker for a deal? I am that person that thinks because it’s ON SALE I “HAVE TO HAVE IT” (even ask my husband)!— So, when I stumbled upon this charming leather crossbody by Marc by Marc Jacobs I knew I couldn’t pass it up! Hello, it is beautiful and better yet, it was half off!

Jeans. Jeans are an item of clothing that I RARELY splurge on, mostly because I know I can find them on SALE. Which I did in this case! I found these “fit your curves” perfect high-rise jeggings at American Eagle on SALE of course! It may seem odd, but I have found some of my FAVORITE fashion finds at AE over the years. 

So, I leave you with this, you do not need to buy something if it is on SALE, but you never know, it may end up being one of your favorite possessions!

Fun Fall Accents!

Decorating for the changing of the season’s in the Midwest can be a bit daunting for me at times, mostly because it reminds me that once again, I will either be wearing shorts (which I don’t enjoy wearing) because it is scorching hot or wearing layers upon layers to help prevent frostbite.

But, there IS always a bright side to most things, it is just harder to find sometimes. I look at the changing of the seasons as an excuse to get new pillows or knick-knacks to put around the house. I always start my search at Target (my go-to for anything I need or mostly don’t need, but think I need it).

Accent #1: My first Fall accent was, you guessed it, was found at Target! The thing I love most about these Mason Jars is that I can use them year round when decorating my home! The gold lids on the glass jars look great with any home decor, but especially with Fall decor.

Accent #2: When searching for pillows, Target is again the first place I look because they have wonderful home collections that continuously change with the seasons! I bought this decorative pillow thinking I would only need one, but then ended up buying another, because they fit perfect on my accent chairs! The rectangle shape, the unique patterns, and textures of this pillow have me in awe!

Accent #3: My front door. When it comes to my front door I always want to have a statement wreath or hanging art piece. So, when I stumbled upon the Happy Harvest hanging art piece I knew it would fit perfect with my “Harvest” theme (hence, I live on a farm and it is literally harvest time). Did I mention why I shop at Hobby Lobby? I choose to shop there because EVERYTHING is almost ALWAYS on SALE and have found so many unique and wonderful pieces there! If you aren’t already half way out the door with a Fall “must have” list in hand I suggest you make a visit soon!
